Witt Medical Lab Partners Have The Following Accreditations:

AABB Accredited

The Relationship Testing Accreditation Program is based on AABB Standards and provides for the assessment and accreditation of facilities performing relationship testing activities.

Clia_FDA_Together

All facilities in the United States that perform laboratory testing on human specimens for health assessment or the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease are regulated under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA). Waived tests include test systems cleared by the FDA for home use and those tests approved for waiver under the CLIA criteria.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017

ISO/IEC 17025:2017specifies the general requirements for the competence, impartiality and consistent operation of laboratories. It is applicable to all organizations performing laboratory activities, regardless of the number of personnel.

College of American Pathologists

CAP

The CAP advocates to ensure regulations protect patients without overburdening pathologists and laboratories. This includes advocating for a sensible public-private oversight approach, ensuring the quality and accuracy of laboratory-developed tests (LDTs).

A2LA Accredited

A2LA works with government and industry to serve as a resource on issues of quality and competence, provides technical expertise and recommendations on approaches to oversight, and helps to ensure conformance with established policies and requirements through accreditation. When you work with A2LA, you are showing your support for quality, compliance, and consumer safety.

Privacy Shield Framework

The EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks were designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission and Swiss Administration to provide companies on both sides of the Atlantic with a mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States in support of transatlantic commerce.
