Domestic Shipping Orders for domestic shipments (USA and Outlining Territories) have no minimum order requirement. Any Orders Placed on this website may be subject to freight charges and/or a total cancellation of the order.
Please be advised that shipping charges for orders vary based on package weight, dimensions, total number of packages, perishability, urgency, and delivery location
Please be advised that our shipping terms are FOB:Origin. We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our dock. Your shipment may be insured for an additional fee by calling our customer service at 1-855-948-8633.
EXPEDITED AND NEXT DAY SHIPPING
Not all items available on our web site are stocked in our facility and may take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive at our facility for shipping. If your order has a critical shipping requirement please CONTACT US for specific availability.
Free shipping will be listed under Priority Mail, however please be advised that our No Charge (free) shipping policy refers to standard ground shipping via UPS, USPS, or FedEx (which is determined at the discretion of Witt Medical) and applies to those orders with a delivery destination in the continental US only. Some items, due to their size and/or their weight, may not be eligible for free shipping. Items under $600 with a Free Shipping Promo may not count towards the free shipping threshold for the whole shopping cart.
DROP SHIPPED ITEMS
Items that are drop shipped from a Distributor or the Manufacturer may be subject to a qualification period and shipping times may vary. Some manufacturers do not allow expedited shipping request.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
**Due to FDA Guidelines and Supply Chain Demands All Coronaviruses COVID-19 Related Orders and/or Products are NON-Cancellable and NON-Returnable.**
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You may return any item shipped by Witt Medical (unless otherwise specified) for a full refund for the cost of the item (excludes freight), keeping the following in mind:
Item was shipped in error
Item is returned to us in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
Witt Medical reserves the right to refuse returns on any non-stock items or custom-manufactured items. Customers should call Witt Medical before purchasing any item that may not be eligible for return.
Please note if you have purchased a medical device that was designated "For Professional Use Only" and "Not for Home Use" and you are using a product for personal use NO REFUND WILL BE HONORED. All manufacturing warranties will automatically expire.
All EUA authorized COVID-19 products are non-returnable with no exceptions unless damaged* in transit; product is recalled for manufacturer performance issues; or deemed defective by the manufacturer. Buyer should beware that EUA authorized products could be revoked by FDA and removed from authorization list. Products that are revoked are non- returnable and non- refundable.
*All damage claims must be reported at time of delivery. Damage claims will not be honored after 2 days from delivery.
The Company's return policy is 10 days from receipt of merchandise (unless otherwise specified on product page) with a copy of your original invoice. If there are any discrepancies in the order, those need to be reported to us within 2 business days from receipt.
We will not accept any returns after 10 days from receipt of merchandise (unless otherwise specified on product page) .
If the customer's return is a result of an error on our part, we will refund all shipping charges they incur, including free return shipping.
All other returns will incur a 20% restock fee and return postage will apply. We will not refund any shipping charges to these types of returns.
Due to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, the Company doesn't offer returns on refrigerated products, unless they were shipped in error by Witt Medical.

If you have questions about a return please call us at 1-855-948-8633. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).
